Cancellations

JAM Factory Crafts strives to begin processing, or ship out, orders within one (1) or two (2) days after order is placed. To guarantee cancellation of an order, Customer must contact JAM Factory Crafts within 24 hours to request a cancellation. JAM Factory Crafts cannot guarantee cancellation of an order if Customer requests cancellation after 24 hours. 

 

A full refund (cost of item and shipping costs paid) shall be issued to Customer when an order is cancelled.
